This historic 1929 Rolls Royce was built as a Birthday Present for Lady Birkenhead and is ideal for your Wedding Day.

First delivered to her first owner, Lady Birkenhead, in Westminster, London, where the car lived for several years. It is documented that Lady Birkenhead was one of the first lady drivers, if not the first to drive a Rolls Royce. It was reported that Lady Birkenhead drove the car around London in 3rd gear!!!! with her chauffeur in the back seat!! As Rolls Royce engines are built to a low talk, this action would not have damaged the engine.

The car was subsequently sold to the owner of Sotheby’s in London and then on to the Christie’s owner. From there she lived in Folkestone for many years at the Grand Hotel. The owner of the hotel often motored her across to France. The current owner purchased her from the owner of the Grand Hotel several years ago.

In more recent years she has continued to travel and had visited England, Finland, France, Norway, Sweden and Wales.
